These Rules establish the procedure for handling production and consumption waste regarding lighting devices, electric lamps, the improper collection, accumulation, use, neutralization, transportation and disposal of which may cause harm to life, health of citizens, harm to animals, plants and the environment.
These Rules are mandatory for legal entities (regardless of their organizational and legal form) and individual entrepreneurs, including those managing apartment buildings under a concluded contract or those who have entered into contracts with owners of premises in an apartment building for the provision of maintenance and repair services for common property in such a building (hereinafter referred to as legal entities and individual entrepreneurs), as well as individuals.
